Juneteenth 160 Talent Show – Featuring Local Rising Stars

Come out and cheer on Houston’s next generation of stars as local artists take the stage to share their gifts through song, dance, poetry, and more! From powerful performances to creative expression, this showcase celebrates the talent and brilliance thriving in our community today.
There will be prizes for standout performances, but the real win is showing up to support the artists who are building on the legacy of Freedmen’s Town through their voices and vision.

The Houston Freedmen’s Town Conservancy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that protects and preserves the history of Freedmen’s Town for the benefit of future generations. We support community engagement, re-education, and heritage tourism.
